Policies + Shipping
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, usually within 48 hours of the order being placed (excluding all major US holidays and Lindsay's birthday). You can select between US Postal Service or UPS, but please note: We can't guarantee the order will ship the same day it was placed, regardless of the method of shipment you selected.
Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information if it's available. Please note: It may take 24 hours before the tracking number becomes active. If you don't receive an email within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact us and we'll reply as soon as possible.
There is NO tracking outside of the US when using USPS First-Class,and delivery may take 2-5 weeks. Keep this in mind when selecting your shipping method overseas!
|RETURNS / EXCHANGES?
Before sending anything back, contact us and let us know what's up! If an error is made with your order (we apologize!) or if the item arrives damaged, please let us know immediately.
We think you'll love your DU product, so we'll make it simple: If you don't love it, we'll gladly take it back within 2 weeks time!
If 15 days have gone by, unfortunately we can't offer a refund.
Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. If your shipment is valued at over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.
== HOW TO RETURN ==
Products purchased from us can be returned within 15 days of the arrival date -- unused and in the original, intact packaging to avoid the restocking fee (minimum of $5). To process a return, we will need your unique Return Reference Code we supply you via email. Once we receive your item, and If approved, your refund will be processed immediately and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
== HOW TO EXCHANGE ==
If your item was damaged in shipping or has a manufacturing defect, or if we sent you the wrong item, please contact us right away! We apologize, and we'll send you a replacement as well as a return shipping label (in the US only).
|But what if someone gave it to me? If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and let y'all duke it out.|
|Can I use your product images?
Sure, grab what you like – just be sure to link back to us... do it right - always cite! We've also created a Press Page with files at high and low resolutions to make it super easy for you, members of the press, to write/blog/post/tweet about our products! Please shout politely at us if you need anything above and beyond.
|Can you send me a sample to review?
Maybe... We'd like to get our products into as many hands as possible, but being a new/small/bootstrapping company, our quantities are really limited. Check our Press Page for images that you're welcome to use. But you never know unless you ask.. so if you run a badass blog or über popular video channel, please hit us up with your statistics and demographics!
