What iPhone case do you use, if any? We've been testing Wally, our slim stick-on iPhone wallet solution unlike any you've ever seen, with various cases -- starting with the best-selling iPhone cases at the Apple store. Have you noticed that iPhone accessories are popular, particularly cases? And thus, have you noticed how many cases there are out there? Approximately 17 billion. Probably about that many... it's a lot anyway, and we want Wally to get along with as many iPhone cases as possible!

Wally's micro-suction surface is a sucker (pun intended) for glossy or slick cases, but not so much for matte-finish or soft-touch cases. So while Wally is ideal for naked iPhones and a bunch of cases, we've found an adhesive that's a bit stronger and has similar repositionable qualities. AWESOME! We're offering a Wally-sized piece of this stuff we've dubbed Alternahesive™ to any Wally backer who requests it. AND because Kickstarter is a crazy rollercoaster, we've introduced something cray....


Yep, we want to see if we can get to the $75,000 mark -- which means every single backer would receive the Alternahesive, instead of just by special request. While it’s true that many won’t need the Alternahesive, we’d love for everyone to get it. This would also simplify packaging and fulfillment for us, and it'd be handy for you to have if you change cases in the future. 

Why not? Wally's already in a win-win situation! Stretch Goals are really just a fun, imaginary goal – so help us with our sticky situation (hahaha) and spread the word about Wally!

Forget the gold -- Go for the aluminum!! July 26 2012

This afternoon we received Snooze samples in solid aluminum, and they look outstanding!! Each one is milled out of a solid block and finished just like your iMac and MacBook. These are anodized a few hours away in Gaffney, SC and milled out here in Charleston, SC. Cheers to our new German friends at Zeltwanger Manufacturing for enabling us to keep this über local! 

Wish you could feel how heavy they are!! Impressive! These are manufacturing samples, so the process, materials and finish are pretty dang close to final. Take a look:

We have reached our funding goal on Kickstarter!!! Thanks so much to all of our backers who believed in our dream and put their hard-earned money behind us. Snooze gets some love on Visualive July 17 2012

Thanks to some gracious locals, we have a sweet animation that will be popping up all over town! Hunter Hegler, our unofficial DU intern, whipped up this clean and engaging video for us. Now, the folks at Visualive have been nice enough to share it with their thousands of viewers through their genius platform of flat-screen TVs and digital flyers called "Vibes." Typically utilized only for local events, they've been unbelievably awesome to let Snooze in on the action. Three cheers for Hunter and Visualive!

Hitting the streets with Snooze July 09 2012

Ask yourself: When was the last time you found yourself in your pj's in front of the whole town? Was it in a dream? Or was it Second Sunday?...

The second Sunday of each month, the King Street Marketing Group closes the street to cars and lets folks run wild, eating and shopping on their own two feet. Since our office is on King street, we set up a bedroom scene on the sidewalk in order to grab passers-by (passer-bys?) and get their feedback on our latest Snooze prototype! It was majorly hot, but a good time was had by all. We even made it onto the local evening news (check our behind-the-scenes footage of Nate being interviewed here)!
